Hunter Piston and the birds

Piston is a born stalker. She cannot leave a bug alone in our house and last night a moth got her attention.

If she knew these baby Robins were just outside the back door, she'd probably be yowling at the door. The mother Robin sits just outside the door and, I would swear, she taunts the cat by preening around with worms in her mouth on the way to feed her babies. They are only a week old and have grown so much...they are now nearly overflowing the nest. I enjoy them so much. Ahhhhh, retirement is nice :)
