Bill & I just returned from NYC where we met grandson Oliver Tate.

Oliver was all decked out for his first UK basketball game. I think his pose indicates he'll be a "serious observer" like his grandpa Bill.

Oliver Tate's 1st week of life

Our precious and long-awaited grandson Oliver Tate Davidson-Radmacher has arrived in New York City. Born January 24, 2012 to our son Jason and daughter-in-law Laura. Isn't he lovely? Isn't he wonderful? I just can't come up with enough superlatives to describe him AND I haven't even seen him face-to-face yet! soon........

What a moment! Can anything be better than seeing your children gazing upon their newborn child? I don't think so.

Lydia's chicken barrette

Last year's Christmas gift to Lydia from Shannon and Joe was a monthly get-together with Shannon for crafting. What a precious gift, huh? Last week Shannon made these owl earrings for Lydia and Lydia made the chicken barrette. I'm not fond of chickens as many of you know, but I did recognize the chicken breed (Plymouth Rock) and I love the crafters!
