The birds love their little feeding nook in our back yard and I do too! The Elizabeth Taylor rose bush that got bit by frost two years ago, has come back strong this year... (a tribute to Ms Taylor, I would say :)
One of the baby robins that left the nest last week keeps coming back daily and Mamma Robin continues to bring him food and put it in his mouth. I wonder how long that will continue. She certainly has been a good Mamma...I've watched her in amazement.
...and Piston continues to long for a mouthful!
The new hatchlings cry, "Feed me! Feed me!" all day long.
A mother's work is never done - animal or human!
