My 30-minute morning ride

What a great morning for a short drive on my favorite road...up past Cedar Hill Cemetery and out to the "old" Coon Hunter's Club & the best gravel road in Harrison County :)
****************************
Green...as far as my eyes can see.
I swear, my heart starts beating a little faster when I get to this spot!
Green fields forever...
I won't trespass.  Just let me enjoy the view and the sound of water rushing over the dam.
roadside beauty...
It's just beautiful and so peaceful to sit on the wooden bridge by the old Coon Hunter's Club.
Wonder who lives in there?
Come on out, little deer.  This is a perfect spot for a morning drink.
The road I just traveled....my favorite country road.
Wow!  It doesn't take much to create awesome beauty, does it?
How many years do you think this has served?
On my drive back home I was looking for a tree with "history."
Yep, this one has that!
...and so does this!
...the view from the West Bridge brings back waves of memories...the Keller factory, Grandma Kemp & Auntie's home right by the factory, walks across the train trestle bridge...
....then I found beauty in our own front yard.
...and the Mother's Day flower continues to bless us with daily blooms.
...This tree definitely has stories to tell.  ...gifted to Michael on Arbor Day when he was in 6th grade, saved from certain doom in our garage, home to many birds & squirrels & climbing boys :)
...ahhh, I love this tree and the many memories it gives me!
Well, I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day :)
